Recipe
Poppi Seeds Cake

Ingredients:
150g of poppi seeds
3 eggs
200g of butter
10 spoons of flour
5 spoons of sugar
half a bag of baking powder
around 100ml of milk

topping:
150g of dark chocolate
around 20ml of milk
2 spoons of Rum

Preparation:
1. Leave the butter outside of the fridge till it gets nice and soft.

2. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C

3. In a large bowl, mix egg yolks, flour, sugar and baking powder. Add milk to soften the dough. Add the poppi seeds.

4. Beat egg whites until stiff and add it to the dough carefully, without destroying it's consistency.

5. Bake it for around 50min or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Let it rest for at least two hours.

Topping:

1. Melt the chocolate au bain marie and add the rum. Add the milk to get a smooth consistency.

2. Spread the topping in whichever shape wanted and take the cake to the fridge for at least an hour.
